About Our Brand

Tree of Life imagery evokes the constant growth and adaptability found in nature.  The tree makes me think of several aspects of life, and that is why I chose it as the Longevity Fitness logo.

When you look at a tree and its roots, you notice that it is balanced. Usually, the root structure is as intricate as the branches and the leaves. Our bodies are like that, too. The roots provide nourishment, strength and stability to the trunk, branches, and leaves. When our bodies are strong and well-nourished it helps provide stability, health and balance.

Living in New England allows us to enjoy the lifecycle of a tree. As the seasons change, so does the appearance of the tree. In the spring, we enjoy the buds on the trees appearing and transforming into leaves and flowers. During the summer months, we enjoy the shade the tree provides and the rustling of the leaves. Autumn comes and we watch the leaves change to beautiful bright colors, and eventually fall to the ground. Even though the tree is bare in the winter, the branches, trunk and roots remain strong awaiting the signal that it spring has arrived and the cycle begins again. This reminds me of life. Life is a cycle of constant adjustment to what ever life throws at you. Whether it be for stress management, stability and balance, or just for fun, exercise is proven to improve your quality of life.

The tree is also representative of family. Family is a huge factor in my life, and, I imagine, yours as well. We want our loved ones to be strong, healthy and happy. Longevity Fitness can to be a part of your (or your loved one’s) journey, and help you to achieve the highest possible level of independence and freedom.

By focusing on strength, flexibilty, and movement, Longevity Fitness supports and nurtures clients through all phases of life with constant growth and adaptability.
